Terms of Service
Effective 4 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Pipscout for your use of Pipscout. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
The service
Pipscout helps you discover businesses, research them, track prospects and prepare outreach. Some features are still being built and are labelled “soon”; we may change or remove features over time.
Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password secure, and be responsible for activity in your workspace, including by teammates you invite. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
Acceptable use
- Follow all laws that apply to your marketing, including email, calling, messaging and data-protection rules where you and your recipients are located (for example PECR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, TRAI and DPDP rules).
- Do not send spam, deceptive or unlawful messages, or contact people who have opted out.
- Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload the service, access other customers' data, or resell it without our written permission.
- Do not use the service to collect or use data in breach of a source's terms.
AI output and your approval
AI-generated campaigns, scores and drafts can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing them. The service does not send outreach unless a person in your workspace has approved it, and you are responsible for what you approve and send.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. Each plan includes limits and a monthly allowance of credits, which are used for AI and discovery features; limits are enforced automatically. You can cancel any time from your billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices with advance notice before your next renewal.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you put into the service. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as search providers, AI providers and payment processors. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, but we will work to limit the impact on you.
Suspension and ending
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or the law, or put the service or other customers at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular result such as sales. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: the support option in your account.
